Transportation Alternatives: Asana

Transportation Alternatives was managing most of their creative requests through Google Forms and the creative staff were using Trello to manage these requests. However, non-creative staff struggled to adopt the tool. Trello was created for creatives and didn’t work as well when managing other types of non-visual work, such as advocacy, fundraising, or writing. To counter this, TA decided to switch to Asana. I set up the Design Form, the Design Board in Trello, and helped transition the Design Board to Asana. I accepted feedback from staff around the Design Form and created a shorter, more user-friendly, branching Design Form for ease of use, which integrated with Asana. The result was a more seamless collaboration between departments.
